- If the book is rendered unusable due to transit-related issues (e.g., damage during shipping), a replacement will be provided. Clients must submit a photo of the damaged book to initiate the replacement process.
- A request mail/ Call has to be made within 3 days from delivery date for goods that have to be returned.

- LDEA’s responsibility ends upon successful dispatch and communication of the shipment tracking number.
